How to check balance in Jio: 5 different ways

There are five ways to check balance in Jio

1. To check balance in Jio through SMS

Open the Message App on your mobile, and send an SMS to “199” with “BAL“. Then you will receive balance details from JG-JioBal

2. To check balance in Jio through Missed Call

Give a Missed Call to the “1299” number, and then automatically you will receive a message from JK-JioBal

3. To check balance in Jio through Jio App

Open the Jio app on your mobile and click on “Plan details“. Follow the steps as per the below images.

4. To check balance in Jio without Jio App

Step 1: Click on this URL: https://www.jio.com/selfcare/login/

Step 2: Enter your mobile number and click on Generate OTP

Step 3: Enter OTP and click on submit

Step 4: Click on View Plan

5. To check balance in Jio through WhatsApp

Step 1: Save this mobile number +91 7000770007 to your contacts as “Jio Care”

Step 2: Open WhatsApp and search for “Jio Care” and open the chat.

Step 3: Now send a message as “Balance”.
